Online registration is only available on April 21st.
All paper registration begins on April 22nd.
Summer Program Mass Registration will open online (www.madisonmgr.com) at 6:00 pm on Monday, April 21st. (Reduced rate participants need to come to CC for online registration in order to receive the reduced rate.)
For households without computer access, The Community Center will have eight computers available on first come first serve basis and staff will be available to assist you on Monday, April 21st.
Households who are eligible for a reduced rate program fee, may register for the online Mass Registration on April 21st at 6:00 pm, however, they must do so at the Community Center. All reduced program fees must be done through the Community Center front desk.
Paper registration will be accepted at the front desk of the Community Center on Tuesday, April 22nd.
