3rd annual postcard salon and benefit for Almost Home Canine Rescue on Wednesday, March 4, from 5 – 8 p.m. at The BrickHouse - 106 SE 2nd Street, in Madison.
This year’s event is sure to warm-up the attendees as the theme is a Hawaiian Luau party.
At the family-friendly event, hand-made postcard-sized artwork and other creative pieces of art produced by Dakota State University students and faculty, Madison High School and Middle School students and other area artists will be on display for purchase.
A $5 donation at the door is requested, and the original hand-made artwork will be sold for $10.
The proceeds go to Almost Home Canine Rescue for the vet care and necessary needs of the homeless animals in the Lake County area.
