The city will be divided into four sections with Egan Avenue and North 2nd/3rd Street being the dividing streets.
Monday will be the northwest section.
Tuesday will be the northeast section.
Wednesday will be the southeast section.
Thursday will be the southwest section.
Any items not picked up in a section taht were out on the day scheduled, will be collected the next day. Once a section has been completed, crews will not return. Residents are urged to place items curbside before their scheduled day, but not more than 48 hours prior to pick up.
Items that will NOT be picked up include:
- Appliances
- Metals: grills, swing sets, exercise equipment, etc.
- Batteries
- Concrete
- Paint/Stains/Varnish
- Hot Water Heaters
- Leaves, Trees, or Branches
- Hazardous Materials/Solvents/Waste Oils
- Recyclables
- Electronic Devices
- Household Garbage
Residential waste only; no businesses, non-profits, or churches.
In an effort to control mosquitoes, passenger car and truck tires (no semi truck tires)will be picked up during citywide cleanup. Only eight tires per household maximum, and tires must be removed from the rim.

Note: Do to the construction along NE 2nd and NW 2nd, residents along that route will be required to place items in the nearest alley. Please communicate with your neighbors. Nothing will be picked up along either side of the construction zone on 2nd street.
