On Monday, Oct. 31, from 5:30 -7:30 p.m., the DSU residence hall association is sponsoring trick or treating for area youth and their chaperones. Tour the floors of Emry, Richardson, Zimmermann and Higbie halls and recieve treats from the residents participating in the program.
