Independent Living Choices
Independent Living Choices is a consumer controlled, community based, cross-disability, non-residential, private, non-profit 501 (c) (3) agency. The mission of the ILC is to empower individuals with disabilities who choose to live independently. Eligibility for services are based on the following criteria: 1)any individual with a significant physical or mental impairment whose ability to function independently in the family or community or whose ability to obtain, maintain, or advance in employment is substantial limited, and 2) for whom the delivery of independent living services will improve their ability to function, continue functioning, or move towards functioning independently in the family or community or to continue in employment.
