Heat Advisory/Load Management

Summer is predicted to arrive this week! With many hot days ahead, we hope you will understand that our load management system will be controlling heavily. Load Management is a means of controlling the amount of electricity being used at any one time. When periods of peak demand occur, load management is used to reduce the demand.

Please turn off any extra lights, hold off on doing laundry, running the dish-washer and other activities that use extra-energy during the hottest parts of the day. If it is necessary to do laundry or run the dishwasher we ask that you do it early in the morning or late in the evening.
