Educational Philosophy

We Believe:

  1. The authority for education comes from God, and He gives the responsibility for education to parents.

  1. Academic study should be God-centered.  All truth originates with God, and absolute truth can be known in God’s written revelation, the Bible, and through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

  1. Learning is not merely to gain abstract knowledge, but to acquire and apply Godly wisdom in our daily lives.

  1. Our lives are to be lived as integrated Christians so that our faith influences all our actions and decisions.  Staff members will be dedicated to Christ and live as role models for students.

  1. We are God’s creation and are called to serve Him.  Staff members will seek to help students discover their gifts and individual abilities so these may be developed for His service.

  1. The distinguishing characteristic in Christian education should be love as God said we would be recognized by our love for one another.  Thus, we will seek to have a loving, yet disciplined, family atmosphere where each child will be shown personal attention, acceptance, and Christ-like concern in a spiritually nurturing environment.
