DSU to Host Ed Harter Classic

This weekend the DSU Memorial Fieldhouse will be the site of the Ed Harter Classic. Dakota States mens basketball team will host Dana, Hastings and Mayville State on Friday and Saturday. The Trojans enter the weekend with a record of 1-and-3 but head coach Wade Kooiman (KOY-man) says he still has high hopes for the season.

Kooiman says his first concern every night is defense and so far his team has bought into that philosophy.

The Ed Harter Classic gets underway with Dana taking on Mayville State at 5 tonight. DSU will then tangle with Hastings with the tip scheduled for 7. Saturday, the action continues with Mayville facing Hastings at 4 and the Trojans battling Dana at 6.
