Broncos Fall 6-5 in 11 Innings

In the first round of the Class B state amateur baseball tournament, the Madison Broncos lost 6-5 against the Parkston Mudcats in 11-innings.

Pitching for the Mudcats was Brady Nolz who threw 131 pitches in 11 innings. For the Broncos, it was Mitch McNary who pitched the entire game throwing 155 pitches.

Madison had tied the game at five in the eighth inning before Parkston won the game 6-5 in the 11th.
