DSU Athletes Prepare for Fall Season

Dakota State University (DSU) student athletes have returned to Madison to begin preparing for their Fall seasons.

The DSU Trojan Football team held their first practice on Saturday, August 13th at Trojan Field. They kick-off their 2011 season on Saturday, August 27th at 7:00pm with a road trip to Midland University in Fremont, NE.

The DSU Volleyball team began their practices on Monday, August 15th. Their 2011 season opens the weekend of August 26th and 27th at the Grand View (Iowa) tournament held in Des Moines, Iowa. They will face Evangel from Missouri and St. Xavier from Illinois on Friday, August 26th. On Saturday, August 27th, they play College of St. Mary from Nebraska and Park from Missouri.
