Bulldogs Lose By One to Tanagers

Friday marked the final home game for the Madison Bulldog football team as they took the field against the Vermillion Tanagers.

The Bulldogs took an early 14-0 lead in the game, but in the end struggled on special teams when a blocked punt was returned by the Tanagers for a touchdown in the third quarter and then a field goal attempt was blocked at the end of the game. The final score was 29-28.

The Bulldogs travel to Pipestone on Thursday, October 20th to finish the regular season.
