Trojan Basketball Weekend Recap

The Dakota State University Men's and Women's basketball teams took on the AIB College of Business on Friday, December 30th at the DSU Fieldhouse.

The Lady Trojans won 74-69 in overtime improving their record to 5-7. Katy Pillar led the scoring with 20 points, Kylie Westover and Courtney Hamblin each added 16 points, and Julie Munson chipped in 11.

The Trojans also gained a victory with a final score of 71-47 improving their record to 9-5. They held the lead throughout the game with help from leading scorers Donald Stewart with 14 points, Spencer Adams with 12, while Stephen Klekas and Jordan Snyder each added 10.

Both DSU teams travel to Jamestown, ND on Tuesday night.
