Pro Pheasants Banquet to raise money for conservation.

Fans of the outdoors will have the opportunity to get a great meal and help out area wildlife on Tuesday, April 1st, as Lake County Pro Pheasants will host its annual banquet at Nicky's. The event starts at 5:00 with dinner at 6:30.

This is the 24th year that the Lake County Pro Pheasants has been in existence and this is also the 24th year it has sponsored this banquet. Chapter president Denny Rowley says members of Pro Pheasants are involved in wildlife conservation programs year-round.

All money raised from Tuesdays banquet goes directly to conservation programs. Rowley says that's important, since Pro Pheasants is an all-volunteer organization.

Rowley is expecting up to 200 people at Tuesdays banquet. In addition to the banquet, Rowley says there will be several giveaways and activities.

Tickets are available at the door or from any member. Cost is 35-dollars and includes membership into Lake County Pro Pheasants.
