Defending FB Champs Looking for Consistency

The Canton C-Hawks have seen a reversal of fortune this season. Last year, the C-Hawks won their first State football title in 20 years with a double-overtime win over Dell Rapids. This year, Canton is 1-4, getting their first win of the year last week against Parkston, 20-12.
Head Coach Rich Lundstrom says the team is pretty young this year, with several players still growing into their roles. Despite a rough start to the season, Lundstrom says the team put together a consistent effort to get the win.
The C-Hawks will look to put together another consistent game Friday evening, when they travel to Madison. Pre-game is at 6:40; kickoff at 7:00 on Dakotas Best, AM 1390.
