Wi-Max Unveiled In Madison To Critical Acclaim

Sioux Valley Wireless unveiled its new WI-MAX technology yesterday afternoon to much deserved praises from all corners. WiMax will allow internet roaming between Madison and Sioux Falls, and customers will not lose coverage on interstates or in more rural areas.

South Dakota Congresswoman Stephanie Herseth Sandlin says the new technology opens doors for rural South Dakota communities that would not otherwise have been opened.

Sandlin went on to say that WI-MAX allows communities to overcome some of the traditional challenges to rural infrastructure
