Bulldogs win Volleyball opener.

The Madison High School volleyball team opened its season last night with a match at home against Canton. Madison took the match, winning three games to none over the C-Hawks.

Madison won on scores of 25-17, 25-17 and 26-24 to take the sweep. The JV won on scores of 25-16 and 25-17, while the freshmen dropped the first game 18-25 and won the next two 25-21 and 15-7.

The win was the first for head coach Wendy Nelson. Our next Bulldog Volleyball broadcast is next Tuesday, when the girls host defending champion Sioux Falls Christian.
