Bulldogs hit the road

The Madison football team has its first road game of the season tonight as it travels to Harrisburg for a Big 8 Conference matchup with the Tigers.
Sisseton handed Madison its second loss of the season last week, a 40-6 drubbing at Trojan Field. Despite the lopsided loss, Madison head coach Tom Milne credits the Bulldogs tenacity in the game. He also says Madison will have to contend with a tough Harrisburg running game tonight.
The fourth-ranked Tigers lost at home last week to top-rated West Central 14-0. Tiger coach Scott Ebert says the game will be won or lost for either team in the trenches.
Kickoff from Harrisburg is at 7:00; Matt Hendrickson brings you the pre-game show at 6:40 on Dakotas Best, AM 1390.
