Quarriers Rock Bulldogs' Homecoming

Second ranked Dell Rapids chewed up plenty of ground Friday night at Madison's Homecoming as the Quarriers shut out the Bulldogs 40-0 at Trojan Field.
Dells racked up 27 points in the first quarter, holding Madison to a total of -15 yards. The Bulldogs had a couple of good drives, led by backup quarterback David Schreiber, but were unable to find the end zone, managing only 78 total yards.
For Dell Rapids, Kevin Berg rushed for 85 yards and a touchdown, while teammate Chris Curry ran for a pair of scores. Marcus Palli led Madison with 33 rushing yards, while Jacob Aus had 15 total tackles.
Madison hits the road next Friday, taking on top-ranked West Central in Hartford. Kickoff is at 7:00 with pre-game at 6:40 on Dakotas Best KJAM.
