Chargers end Bulldogs season

Sioux Falls Christian advanced to next weeks State Volleyball tournament last night, defeating Madison three games to none.

Madison came out of the gates charging in the first game, taking a 9-3 lead. But Sioux Falls rallied to take the game 25-12. Madison kept it close in the second game, only to have the Chargers win 26-24. Christian would then win the third game 25-18 to advance to Rapid City.

Amanda Dailing led Madison with 9 kills and 11 digs in her final match as a Bulldog. Kaitlyn Higgins had 7 kills and 5 digs, while Kristen Bartel had nine assists.

With the loss, Madison ends its season with a record of 16-12.
