Bulldogs gymnasts in Brookings today

The Madison Gymnastics team is back in action today as it heads north for the Brookings Invitational. The Bulldogs are coming off a dual loss against Sioux Falls OGorman on Thursday.

The Knights defeated the defending "A" Champions 141.05 to 135.8. Head coach Maridee Dossett says the meet was the first meet of the new yearfor the Bulldogs, who last competed nearly a month ago.

Madison will be the only Class "A" school at todays meet, which features such top "AA" programs as Sioux Falls Lincoln and Rapid City Central. Dossett says shes looking for continued improvement from the girls.

Today's meet starts at noon at Brookings High School.
