A social will begin at 5:15 with dinner served at 6:00. The keynote speaker for the evening will be Pam Roberts the Secretary for the South Dakota Department of Labor. Anniversary presentations will be made for Heartland Consumers Power District (40 Years), KJAM Radio (50 Years), East River Electric Power Cooperative (60 Years). This event is open to the public!
