Please join alumnus Miles Beacom, the South Dakota Board of Regents, community leaders, alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends to celebrate the first new construction on the Dakota State University campus in 30 years — the Beacom Institute of Technology. The $11.4 million facility will be a resource for the entire university, and every on-campus student will have opportunities to collaborate on projects, participate in classes and seminars, and attend special events in the Beacom Institute of Technology. The construction celebration will be held at 5:30 p.m. on June 29, followed by a community reception including regents.
